We’re proud to share that Reliance FM London is now accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a London Living Wage Employer.
This means every member of our team—whether directly employed or third-party contracted—earns at least £13.85 per hour, a rate that reflects the true cost of living in London.
For us, it’s simple: everyone deserves a wage they can live on, not just survive on.
