Dilip holds a degree in Marine Engineering and has worked across various industries from marine to hotels and hospitals to building management. He has been the founding member for the facility management industry in South Asia and the Middle East.
Apart from his corporate roles with companies such as CBRE, APJ Group Hotels, Escorts Hospitals, he has also been part of the academia as a visiting faculty professor to Heriot Watt University of UK in Dubai.
Saifuddin is a passionate finance professional having around 20+ years of diversified experiences (19 years in UAE) in audit, finance and accounts with a strong record of leadership and delivery of services in a multicultural environment.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with advanced IT skills of using Tally, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Case Ware and Microsoft office tools. He possesses qualities of a good team leader and has successfully managed and trained a team of qualified professionals.
Bhushan holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESC Rennes, France and Bachelors degree of Engineering and has more than 18 years’ of diversified experience within multiple sectors.
He comes with Strong Entrepreneurial skills and an outstanding analytical and business partnering skills with the ability to provide appropriate solutions in a challenging environment and has shown very strong leadership qualities.
Rohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Accountancy being his core module, he has also completed a short course from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England, U.K in Digital Science. He has a total of 6 years U.A.E experience in Construction and Owners Association Industry.
He also represents as Management Representative for all RERA related requirements including solely managing the RERA’s online Mollak system.
Yoga holds a professional degree in Cost Accountancy and has more than 10 years of experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounts and Auditing.
He has worked in various industries of which some that include Manufacturing, Retail, Mining and Auditing.
Mary Ann coordinates the office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance. She handles company’s communications and manages files and documents. She is also responsible for clients’ contracts management.
She keeps track of company’s renewals of trade licenses, vehicle registrations and lease renewals. Further, she ensures that office equipments are always in good working conditions in order to facilitate smooth and productive working time in the office
Manish is a self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented professional having experience in facilities management and customer relationship management. He is well organized, has a positive attitude towards every assigned task, teamwork, strong work ethics, creativity and initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
He is responsible to assist BDM and alongside bring new business for the company.
His skills include liaising with clients & contractors, prequalifying contractors and take them on board, proposal making and estimation.
Ammar brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. After he completed his engineering degree from the University of Toronto, he established himself in the construction and then later on the facilities management industries.
He has managed iconic facilities, such as Kaharmaa Awareness Park (Doha) and Air Canada Center (Toronto), Ammar has an eye for quality of service with a keen focus on process efficiency.
Kiran has been working in the Facilities Management industry in the UK for the last 10 years and has a great understanding of his clients requirements and has dealt with the most complex of works.
His approach to sales is characterized by a strategic mindset, where he analyzes market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. He is skilled in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with overall company objectives. By fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, he has consistently achieved customer satisfaction and retention.
